Memorial website in the memory of your loved one

This site has been created in loving memory of Alison Kay Brown. She blessed us with her love and  life on June 22, 1992,  and earned her angel wings on January 11, 2002. Though Ali was here a very short time, the impact she had on all that knew her will forever live with us all the days of our lives. Ali fought a hard fight against Leukemia. She never felt sorry for herself and always lived, laughed and loved!! She will forever be missed and remembered!!  This site is for all of us to love and remember her, take some time to enjoy the memories here! Leave a message, light a candle for her!

My Dearest Ali,

The moment that you died, my heart split in two.
One side filled with memories. The other died with you.
I often lay awake at night, when the world is fast asleep.
And take a walk down memory lane, with tears upon my cheeks,
Remembering you is easy, I do it every day.
But missing you is heartache, that never goes away.
I hold you tightly within my heart, and there you will remain.
Life has gone on without you, But never will be the same.

Ask My Mom How She Is

My Mom, she tells a lot of lies
she never did before.
From now until she dies,
she'll tell a whole lot more.
Ask my Mom how she is
and because she can't explain,
She will tell a little lie
because she can't describe the pain.
Ask my Mom how is she,
She'll say "I'm alright."
If that's the truth, then tell me,
why does she cry each night?
Ask my Mom how is she,
she seems to cope so well.
She didn't have a choice you see
nor the strength to yell.
Ask my Mom how she is,
"I'm fine, I'm well, I'm coping."
For Gods sake Mom, just tell the truth
just say your heart is broken.
She'll love me all her life,
I loved her all of mine.
But if you ask her how is she
she'll lie and say she's fine.
I am here in Heaven.
I cannot hug from here.
If she lies to you don't listen,
Hug her and hold her near.
On the day we meet again,
we'll smile and I'll be bold.
I'll say, "You're lucky to get in here, Mom
with all the lies you told!"

Her legacy
Ali's Legacy

Ali was a blessing to us all, and I believe her legacy was to come here and teach us all many lessons. I have not met anyone that knew her that didn't learn something from her!! She was such a strong girl and she just lived her life and never felt pity and always had a smile!! If nothing else, to learn that life is short and to live each day like it may be your last!!  She was a teacher!!
